Last night was such a breezy summer evening and we tip-toed over to the launch of the new gallery space Fort Gansevoort. Led by curator and New York native, Adam Shopkorn, Fort Gansevoort is in the prime location at 5 Ninth Avenue; in the heart of the Meatpacking District. The 3 floor space was filled with the never before seen work of graffiti artist CES and included florals and arrangements by artist Lauren Messelian. Not to be missed with the BBQ aroma that filled the gallery space, Franco V took over the pits for brisket and more. Filled mind, body, and soul.
Fort Gansevoort’s space will be in constant cultural rotation throughout the year. For more on the current and upcoming exhibitions and events stay tuned.
