New Programming @ Annenberg Space for Photography

The Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles is putting on some amazing programing this week. On May 2nd at 7pm, civil rights activist Dorothy Counts will be discussing her life in relation to a photograph (part of the Not An Ostrich exhibit) taken of her entering an all-white school in Charlotte, North Carolina. Then on May 5th at 5pm, five female photojournalists will lead a presentation discussing their recent projects, their field, and how their gender has effected their work in foreign countries.

Desegregating Education: Past and Present: Wednesday May 2nd at 7pm.

Women in the Field: Female Photographers: Saturday May 5th at 5pm.
