    Video: Philly Painting transforms the city

    The people of North Philadelphia want to transform their neighborhood. So they started an urban beautification project turning the area around Germantown and Lehigh avenues into something totally new. The goal? To “mobilize the community to completely transform the commercial corridor and bring a new look to their neighborhood.”
