Joshua Preston is a proud graduate of Morgan State University, class of 2008, located in Baltimore Maryland. It was there he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a concentration in Television Production. It was also at Morgan State University where Joshua not only realized his dream, but brought it to life.
This dreamer brought to life his very own production company LCA Multimedia Productions. Under Joshua’s direction LCA Multimedia Productions has produced a plethora of productions to name a few Idris Elba, NYC (Electronic Press Kit), The Purple Event, NYC (Fashion Week), and not mention MSU Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes concert production.
Production however, is not where it stops for Joshua Preston, it’s only the beginning. Joshua has also had his hands in management. One of his well received and nationally renowned clients is none other than Disk Jockey (DJ) DNA. Joshua managed DJ DNA for a span of time in 2009. Currently they still embark on professional endeavors together.
Joshua’s experiences have shaped him into a well rounded business professional. He has built a strong foundation for himself professionally; this is in part due to his work in public relations, marketing, promotions, and event planning.
As if Joshua’s accomplishments weren’t already impressive enough, well can you say philanthropy? Yes, that’s right; with all of his business savvy and brains, he also has a huge heart. Joshua produced for UnVogue Magazine/ VH1’s Save the Music event. Not only did he contribute as a sponsor, but he also donated a portion of his proceeds to the Anita Cofeman foundation, an organization that educates the public on epilepsy.
Joshua Preston, not only is he a diligent, dedicated hardworking business professional, but he is a noted leader. He was honored with a Leadership and Character Development Award by Dr. Jason DeSusa Morgan, M.I.L.E (Male, Initiative, for Leadership, and Excellence), for his excellent leadership abilities.
